Seit Winter 2019 hat sich in der Augasse eine Foodcoop gegründet. Wir organisieren uns, um weniger im Supermarkt einzukaufen und möglichst viel Lebensmittel möglichst direkt von Erzeuger_innen einzukaufen. Wir beziehen fair produzierten Kaffee, Tees, es gibt selbstgemachte Marmelade, Olivenöl aus Direkthandel, und Bio-Gemüse von einem Bio-Großhandel sowie direkt von Produzent_innen.

2024: der nächste Zeitraum läuft ab Mitte März bis Anfang Juni

und der Kostenpunkt ist 300 Euro für die sieben Lieferungen

Wie funktioniert das?
Ihr legt fest, wie viel ihr bekommen wollt
– einen ganzen (kostet für alle Lieferungen gemeinsam 300 Euro) oder halben Anteil (150 Euro) oder viertel Anteil (90 Euro)
– ein Anteil entspricht der Gemüseversorgung für rund 4 Personen (ihr könnt euch auch mit anderen gemeinsam organisieren und untereinander aufteilen – z. B.: 2 WG´s teilen sich einen Anteil, 2 Leute einen halben, …)
– Was kommt ist wechselnd (und unterschiedliche Sorten), immer frisch vom Feld und passend zur Saison
– Wir bekommen das Gemüse jeden zweiten Freitag geliefert und das kann dann ab 15h – 20h in der Augasse abgeholt werden.

Beispiel Winter: 1kg Äpfel, 1kg Lauch, 1,65kg Blaukraut, 1,25kg Karotten violett, 1kg Pastinaken, 1kg Süßkartoffel, 1kg gelbe Rüben, 1,25 kg Kohlrabi

Kartoffel und Zwiebel zur freien Entnahme nach Bedarf

Ein halber Anteil ist dann die Hälfte davon.

Es wird zudem die Möglichkeit geben, weitere Lebensmittel (wie Tofu, Brot, Öl, Käse, Getreide) für die jeweilige Lieferung dazuzubestellen

Our food coop was founded in Augasse in winter 2019. We organize ourselves to buy less from the supermarket and buy as much food as possible directly from producers. We buy fairly produced coffee, teas, homemade jam, direct traded olive oil and organic vegetables from an organic supplier and directly from producers.

2024: the next period runs from mid-March to the beginning of June

How does it work?
You decide how much you want to get
– a whole share (costs 300 euros for all deliveries together) or a half share (150 euros) or a quarter share (90 euros)
– one share corresponds to the vegetable supply for around 4 people (you can also organize yourselves together with others and divide it among yourselves – e.g: 2 shared flats share one share, 2 people share half a share, …)
– What comes is changing (and different varieties), always fresh from the field and in season
– We get the vegetables delivered every second Friday, and they can be picked up from 15h – 20h in Augasse.

What is a share?

Example winter: 1kg apples, 1kg leek, 1.65kg red cabbage, 1.25kg purple carrots, 1kg parsnips, 1kg sweet potato, 1kg yellow turnips, 1.25kg kohlrabi

Half a portion is then half of this.

It will also be possible to order additional food (such as tofu, bread, oil, cheese, grains) for the respective delivery
